Position Overview:
As the Manager, Business & Strategy Execution, you will support the Business Head in implementing strategic initiatives and managing various projects to optimize operational efficiency. You’ll be instrumental in ensuring that projects align with the bank's business objectives while maintaining governance standards, managing costs, and improving the team's operational processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Implementation: Assist the Business Head in rolling out key programs, projects, and initiatives to meet organizational goals.
- Operational Efficiency: Continuously drive improvements in business operations and ensure that budgets and minimum service standards are met.

Qualifications and Experience:
- First Degree in Business Commerce or Finance and Accounting.
- 3-4 years of experience in managing projects, ideally within the financial services industry.
- 5-7 years of experience in stakeholder management and business strategy.
