Job Overview
The Human Resources Associate will play a key role in supporting the regional sales teams, ensuring that HR operations are effectively aligned with the company’s business objectives. This role is both administrative and strategic, involving recruitment, performance management, employee support, and field visits to monitor the on-ground sales environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Work closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, manage the recruitment process, and implement onboarding programs to help sales teams thrive.
- Performance Monitoring: Evaluate the performance of sales teams, offering coaching and feedback to improve overall productivity and sales outcomes.
- Employee Support: Address HR-related concerns, ensuring compliance with company policies, labor laws, and regulations.
- Learning & Development: Identify training needs, organize workshops, and coach employees for continuous improvement and career development.
- HR Administration: Maintain and update employee records, track attendance, and generate performance and training reports.
- Market Visits: Conduct regular field visits to monitor sales performance and provide HR support where necessary.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Public Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of HR and administrative experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of HR best practices and local labor laws.
- Previous sales experience is an added advantage but not a requirement.
