Summary

Hyatt Regency is seeking a dynamic and experienced Food and Beverage Manager to oversee and coordinate all food and beverage operations. The successful candidate will manage budgets, ensure high customer satisfaction, develop menus, and handle inventory.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate all food and beverage operations.
• Manage budgets and ensure cost control measures are in place.
• Develop menus that meet the needs and preferences of guests.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
• Manage and mentor the food and beverage team, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
• Handle inventory management and ordering procedures.
• Work flexible hours, including weekends, as necessary.

  Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field preferred.
  • Experience:
    • 3+ years of experience in food and beverage management, preferably in a hotel or resort setting.
    • Proven track record in managing a team in a fast-paced, high-end establishment.
  • Skills:
    • Strong leadership and communication skills.
    • Proven ability to manage budgets and control costs.
    • Proficient in menu planning and development.
    • Knowledgeable in inventory management and ordering procedures.
    • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
