We are looking for a Utilities Operator to join our team in Tanzania, someone who will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our utilities plant, including steam, carbon dioxide, air, water treatment, and refrigeration systems. Key Responsibilities:
As a Utilities Operator, your core duties will include:
- Monitoring the performance of utilities equipment.
- Conducting performance measurements and first-line maintenance tasks.
- Applying Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) procedures and maintaining workplace safety.
- Operating and optimizing plant and process equipment to ensure maximum efficiency.
- Performing quality control checks on utilities supply.
- Handling autonomous and breakdown maintenance tasks.
- Reporting any issues related to plant machinery or processes.
- Preparing boilers for government inspections and ensuring compliance with safety standards.

Candidate Profile:
- Education: Diploma or Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering (preferred).
- Experience: Minimum two years of experience, ideally in a utilities environment.
- Additional Skills: Mechanical aptitude, PC literacy, and experience with boilers (an advantage).
