Position Overview: Secretary

As a Secretary at Recacha General Traders, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. You will be the first point of contact for our clients and partners, managing communications and supporting various administrative tasks. This full-time position is ideal for individuals aged 20-27 years who are eager to contribute to a thriving company and develop their professional skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communication Management: Answer phone calls promptly and redirect them as necessary to ensure effective communication within the company.
  • Scheduling: Manage the daily, weekly, and monthly agendas, arranging meetings and appointments to optimize the workflow.
  • File Management: Develop and maintain an organized filing system, updating contact information for employees, customers, suppliers, and external partners.
  • Travel Arrangements: Coordinate travel plans and accommodations for staff, ensuring all logistics are handled efficiently.
  • Reception Duties: Undertake occasional receptionist duties, greeting visitors and providing excellent customer service.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with various administrative tasks as assigned by the supervisor to support overall office operations.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Educational Background: Minimum certificate in a relevant field.
  • Experience: Proven work experience as a secretary or administrative assistant is essential.
