Position Summary

As the PA to the CEO, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality administrative support, ensuring efficient daily operations, and managing a wide range of tasks to help streamline business activities. This role requires a proactive individual with strong organizational and communication skills who can handle multiple responsibilities with professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assisting the CEO: Provide administrative and operational support to the CEO, including handling correspondence and scheduling.
  • Event Planning: Organize, plan, and schedule meetings, appointments, and events.
  • Business Appointments: Manage business appointments, ensuring the CEO’s schedule is optimized.
  • Correspondence Management: Handle incoming and outgoing business correspondence.
  • Travel Logistics: Coordinate business-related travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transport.
  • Meeting Notes: Take and organize notes from business meetings to ensure effective follow-up and documentation.
  • Document Management: Make copies, organize files, and maintain records.
