Job Description: The key purpose of the Business Development Representative is to manage customer queries, monitor competition products, provide feedback on market conditions, ensure beer quality in the market, and develop new business avenues and relationships with retailers and customers.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Monitor and communicate distributor volume targets daily.
- Ensure distributors adhere to model stocks for all brands and packs.
- Achieve all relevant sales KPIs in the area (pricing, availability, visibility, etc.).
- Conduct weekly visits to retail customers in the area.
- Ensure sales teams are presentable at all times and take action against non-compliance.
- Deliver excellent after-sales service.
- Establish effective communication channels to build good relations with customers.
- Provide timely feedback to customers and management on concerns.
- Respond promptly to customer queries.
- Maintain necessary trade documentation at all times.
Minimum Requirements:
- Graduate in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
- A diploma in Marketing/Business is an added advantage.
- Disciplined and hard-working.
- At least 1 year of experience in marketing and distributing fast-moving consumer goods.
