The HR Internship Role
This year-long internship role is perfect for aspiring HR professionals looking to get practical experience in a supportive environment. You’ll work closely with the HR Associate Manager on daily HR functions, from recruitment and payroll to compliance and employee relations.
Key Responsibilities
As an HR Intern, you’ll gain exposure to core HR tasks, including:
- Recruitment Support: Help post job ads, shortlist candidates, and manage onboarding.
- Payroll Processing: Ensure accuracy in payroll by managing attendance, leave balances, and essential employee data.
- Employee Records Management: Maintain organized records, from attendance to performance data.
