Job Title: Chief of Human Resources and Administration

Reporting Line Manager: Managing Director

Department: Human Resources and Administration

We are looking for a self-driven leader who can handle a range of responsibilities, from policy development and staff motivation to training, management information systems, recruitment, and more. If you have a strong HR background, excel in leadership, and possess excellent business acumen, this could be the perfect fit for you.

Key Responsibilities

As the Chief of Human Resources and Administration, you’ll play a critical role in shaping our team’s culture and ensuring efficient HR processes. Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing HR and administrative policies
  • Promoting teamwork and motivating staff
  • Leading staff training and development programs
  • Overseeing management information systems and reporting
  • Ensuring employee discipline and handling recruitment processes

Qualifications

To qualify for this role, you should have:

  • A Master’s degree or Postgraduate qualification in Strategic Human Resources Management
  • Professional certification from SHRM or HRCI (Senior Certified Professional or Certified Professional)

Required Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years in a senior-level HR position in a reputable firm
  • Essential Skills and Competencies
  • Strong communication and decision-making skills
  • Leadership skills with a focus on training and development
  • Solid business management and relationship-building skills
  • Proficiency in Excel and other management reporting tools
  • Knowledge in business acumen and pre-hire selection assessments
