Key Responsibilities

  • Build and manage strong relationships to grow the Affluent and Mass Affluent portfolio.
  • Work with corporations to provide financial solutions and establish long-term partnerships.
  • Collaborate on product launches, sales strategies, and campaigns to drive profitability.
  • Identify and mitigate risks by analyzing potential clients and market trends.
  • Support retail objectives by promoting asset and liability products and digital channels.
  • Partner with Wholesale and Business Banking teams for lead generation and market insights.

What You Bring

Experience: A minimum of 3 years in private scheme recruitment, relationship management, or sales in financial services.

Education: A Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.

Skills: Strong networking, problem-solving, and analytical abilities, with excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.

Knowledge: Thorough understanding of banking products, market trends, and delivery channels for private clients.
