Available Positions:

1. Overhead Crane Operator

Type: Full-Time, Permanent Contract

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain an overhead crane, ensuring it runs safely and smoothly.
• Carefully inspect equipment and report any issues.
• Keep accurate logs, assist with mill tasks, and ensure proper shift handovers.

Requirements:

• Experience with cranes over 11 tons, ideally in heavy or sugar industries.
• 2+ years in a heavy industry, 1+ in sugar is a bonus.
• Physically and mentally fit, with good communication and troubleshooting skills.

2. Draughting Service Specialist

Type: Full-Time, Permanent Contract

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide draughting services and create detailed drawings for projects.
• Collaborate with engineers to produce high-quality designs and bills of materials.
• Maintain an organized archive library and assist in project coordination.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D essential, 3D preferred).
• Previous experience in a design or drafting role.

3. Instrument Technician

Type: Full-Time, Fixed-Term Contract

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect and maintain electric, electronic, and pneumatic instruments in the factory.
• Conduct preventative maintenance and record any issues during shifts.
• Ensure compliance with Kilombero’s quality and safety standards.

Requirements:

• Form Four, NSI GR. II, or VETA Level III in Electronics/Industrial Electronics.
• At least 6 months of experience in instrument operation.
• Basic skills in instrument repairs, troubleshooting, and communication.
