Responsibilities:
- General Administration: Direct project offices, maintain compliance, oversee property management, and manage communication with the Tetra Tech Home Office.
- Event and Travel Coordination: Manage logistics for conferences, meetings, and fleet operations.
- Human Resource Management: Supervise administrative and finance teams, handle local recruitment, and ensure HR records are up to date.
Qualifications:
- Education: Master's degree with 7 years of relevant experience or Bachelor's degree with 10 years.
- Experience: Office management, administration, fleet management, and experience with donor-related activities preferred.
- Skills: Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and fluency in English and Kiswahili.
- Preference: Tanzanian nationals and familiarity with Tanzania’s WASH sectors.
