Key Responsibilities
As the Performance and Training Manager, you will be responsible for driving the bank’s performance and training initiatives to support the achievement of strategic goals. Here are some of the core responsibilities:
Performance Management: Oversee the organization’s performance management processes, ensuring that goal-setting, appraisals, and performance reviews align with the fiscal year strategy.
Employee Development: Assess skill gaps, design targeted learning interventions, and maintain an annual training calendar.
Recognition and Rewards: Implement and manage employee recognition programs, including incentive and reward initiatives.
Leadership Support: Coach and guide managers and employees on performance-related issues, from setting goals to addressing underperformance.
Data Analysis: Regularly analyze performance data, produce insightful reports, and recommend actionable strategies for improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications
VisionFund is looking for candidates who bring a combination of experience, skills, and enthusiasm. The essential requirements include:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s in Business Administration with a focus on HRM is an advantage.
Experience: A minimum of 5 years in People and Culture roles, with a strong understanding of performance management.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong analytical abilities, and experience in data reporting.
Personal Qualities: Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working in a team-oriented environment. Familiarity with Core Christian values is desirable.
