What You’ll Do

As the Assistant Facilities Manager, you will:

  • Develop and implement maintenance plans.
  • Oversee policies, procedures, and departmental manuals for continuous improvement.
  • Manage facilities and assets, ensuring safety, compliance, and operational excellence.
  • Lead a team, conduct performance assessments, and coordinate projects across campuses.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports to the Operations Senior Manager.

Who We’re Looking For

We are seeking candidates with:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or related fields.

  • Five or more years of experience in facilities management.
  • Strong knowledge of safety standards, compliance, and project management.

  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
