The Role: Country Programs & Procurement Support
Located in the vibrant city of Dar es Salaam, Tanzania, this full-time role offers a chance to contribute to AGRA’s transformational initiatives. As part of this dynamic team, you’ll be at the heart of procurement, stakeholder coordination, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee procurement processes to ensure cost-effectiveness and transparency.
- Support onboarding and engagement activities for staff.
- Coordinate the country’s annual budget and ensure spending aligns with organizational goals.
- Build strong partnerships with vendors while maintaining quality and service standards.
- Organize impactful events such as conferences, workshops, and trainings.
