Your Role:
As the Marketing and Fundraising Officer, you will spearhead initiatives that enhance the school’s visibility, attract new families, and secure financial support. You’ll play a key role in driving our mission forward by combining creativity with strategic thinking.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to showcase Gosheni Nursery and Primary School to prospective families and the wider community.
- Develop and execute fundraising campaigns to support school programs, facilities, and student enrichment initiatives.
- Establish and nurture relationships with donors, sponsors, and community organizations to strengthen our support network.
- Plan and coordinate events that engage stakeholders and spotlight the school’s mission and achievements.
- Create compelling content for promotional materials, social media, and our school website to communicate our story effectively.
What We’re Looking For:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven success in marketing and fundraising roles, ideally within the education sector.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
- A creative mindset with the ability to craft and implement innovative strategies.
- Collaborative spirit to work effectively with staff, parents, and community members.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills—attention to detail is essential.
