TEF Consult is hiring for the role of Lead – AMCOS & Saccos within the Airtel Money Enterprise & SME Department. This position involves managing stakeholder relationships in the Agribusiness and Saccos value chains, designing strategies for onboarding, and promoting the utilization of Airtel Money services.
Key Responsibilities
1. AMCOS & Saccos Acquisitions
Develop strategies to enroll Agribusiness and Saccos on Airtel Money.
Engage with stakeholders such as government bodies, associations, and banks.
Supervise a sales team to meet onboarding targets.
2. Partner Relationship Management
Establish and manage partnerships within the Agribusiness sector.
Collaborate with banks and government institutions to enhance success.
3. Customer Support Structure
Provide training and query resolution for onboarded entities.
Monitor and encourage active system usage.
4. Usage and Retention
Organize activations and marketing campaigns to boost service awareness.
Report on system utilization and identify areas for growth.
5. Market Insights and Campaign Development
Analyze trends and competition to identify opportunities.
Execute campaigns to increase market share and revenue
6. Performance Tracking
Maintain a database and set targets for the team.
Track KPIs and provide performance insights for decision-making.
Qualifications and Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields (MBA preferred).
- Experience: At least 3 years in AMCOS & Saccos sector or relationship management roles.
- Technical Skills: ERP systems and banking sector knowledge.
- Soft Skills: Analytical thinking, goal orientation, and excellent communication skills.
- Familiarity with Airtel Money services is an advantage.
