We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Sales Engineer to join our Tanzania team. This role is an exciting opportunity for an individual with an engineering background and a passion for delivering customer-focused solutions in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and strengthen client relationships by understanding and addressing their technical and operational needs.
- Drive sales of lubricants and specialty products across industries such as mining, food processing, and cement production.
- Offer expert technical advice and support to clients to optimize product performance and satisfaction.
- Identify new business opportunities and design solutions tailored to customer requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient service delivery and exceptional customer experiences.
- Prepare and present professional proposals and technical presentations to clients.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements
- A degree in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Chemical, Petroleum, or related fields).
- At least three years of experience in sales or technical roles, preferably within the oil and lubricants industry.
- Strong technical knowledge and the ability to comprehend complex industrial processes.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- A results-driven mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to foster lasting relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel within the region as required.
