About the Role

The B2B Mobile Product & Business Development Specialist will be responsible for managing and enhancing mobile product offerings, developing user training programs, and ensuring consistent product quality. This role requires a strategic mindset and a proactive approach to improving customer experience and revenue generation.


What You’ll Be Doing

1. Sales and Product Management:

  • Create and maintain up-to-date sales collateral, including presentations, competitive pricing models, product briefs, and specifications.
  • Develop and distribute training materials for users of B2B mobile products.

2. Performance Monitoring:

  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as ARPA, ARPL, churn rates, active user base, and new customer acquisition.
  • Provide actionable insights and suggest initiatives to enhance customer experience and boost revenue.

3. Product Development and Quality Assurance:

  • Oversee functionality and pilot testing for new or potential B2B mobile products.
  • Design and implement quality assurance checklists to ensure smooth rollouts of products and services.

4. Best Practices Implementation:

  • Adopt and implement top regional quality assurance practices to maintain high standards of service.

What We’re Looking For

Educational Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or Business Administration.

Professional Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years in product management within the telecom industry.

Competencies:

  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and within tight deadlines.
  • Strong skills in customer relationship management.
  • Leadership and team management expertise.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
