Officially licensed as a microfinance institution by the Central Bank of Tanzania in 2021, the company is committed to empowering small and medium enterprises (SMEs) and fostering economic growth.
K-Finance is the vision of its founder and Board Chairperson, Mrs. Devotha Minzi, a seasoned economist and researcher. After a successful career at the Bank of Tanzania, she dedicated herself to strengthening Tanzania's private sector by supporting SMEs, with the ultimate goal of uplifting many Tanzanians to middle-income status.

- Dodoma: 1 position
- Dar es Salaam: 3 positions
Qualifications and Skills
We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:
- A graduate in Microfinance, Accounting, Finance, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Strong skills in marketing, sales, and communication.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in building and maintaining customer relationships.
- A collaborative mindset with strong teamwork skills.
- Bonus: One or two years of prior experience will be an added advantage.
