Established in 2008, K-Finance Limited operates in Dar es Salaam and Dodoma, providing financial solutions to both employed individuals and entrepreneurs. Officially licensed as a microfinance institution by the Central Bank of Tanzania in 2021, the company is committed to empowering small and medium enterprises (SMEs) and fostering economic growth.

K-Finance is the vision of its founder and Board Chairperson, Mrs. Devotha Minzi, a seasoned economist and researcher. After a successful career at the Bank of Tanzania, she dedicated herself to strengthening Tanzania's private sector by supporting SMEs, with the ultimate goal of uplifting many Tanzanians to middle-income status.

Role: Credit Intern
Openings: 4 positions

  • Dodoma: 1 position
  • Dar es Salaam: 3 positions

Qualifications and Skills
We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:

  • A graduate in Microfinance, Accounting, Finance, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Strong skills in marketing, sales, and communication.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in building and maintaining customer relationships.
  • A collaborative mindset with strong teamwork skills.
  • Bonus: One or two years of prior experience will be an added advantage.
