Key Purpose of the Role
The Ethics and Compliance Manager will play a critical role in safeguarding the company’s interests by identifying and managing risks to our employees, reputation, assets, and stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner across the Zone to implement effective policies, systems, and compliance programs in line with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Policy Development: Create and refine policies and procedures based on prioritized needs and comprehensive risk assessments.
  • Investigations: Conduct thorough investigations, ensuring effective planning, case management, and adherence to established guidelines.
  • Training & Communication: Design and implement an annual training and communication strategy tailored to address compliance risks.
  • Stakeholder Partnerships: Foster strong relationships with GRM, Security, People, and Internal Control teams to ensure transparency and prompt resolution of issues.
  • Risk Analysis: Monitor trends in risk culture by analyzing employee surveys, reported cases, and audit findings, and develop actionable strategies to address identified risks.
  • Breach Management: Oversee an efficient breach management process, collaborating with Legal, Security, and the Global Ethics & Compliance team.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Leverage data analytics to proactively mitigate risks and provide insightful dashboards and trend reports to leadership teams.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance the Ethics and Compliance program and implement solutions that support business integrity.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience

  • Professional certification in Law, Audit, Internal Controls, Accounting, or Risk Management.
  • A minimum of 4 years’ experience in auditing and compliance.
  • Strong understanding of internal controls is highly advantageous.
