Key Responsibilities
- Strategize and implement delivery processes from pre-sales to execution.
- Plan, forecast, and optimize delivery to align with program needs.
- Oversee end-to-end service delivery (scope, cost, quality, time, and customer satisfaction) within Consulting & System Integration.
- Provide expertise in Core, BSS, NDO, MS IT, and ADM to sales and engagement teams, ensuring seamless delivery alignment with customer requirements.
- Build and retain a motivated, diverse, and geographically distributed team, managing talent acquisition and development.
- Evaluate third-party partnerships to maintain margins and achieve program goals.
- Foster strong client relationships and identify opportunities for add-on sales.
- Analyze and address implications of IT, network, or operational changes to preserve program objectives.
- Interface effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including C-Level executives, to drive delivery excellence.
- Support RFP processes by ensuring robust solutions, accurate cost estimates, and optimal delivery models.
Required Expertise
- Experience: 10+ years in Telco/Systems Integration, leading complex SI projects with a minimum of 5 years managing large-scale transformations.
- Technology Leadership: Expertise in AI/ML and emerging technologies to lead 5G innovations.
- Solution Development: Proven ability to translate high-level customer requirements into actionable solutions.
- Team Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead diverse, virtual teams across locations while maintaining high morale.
- Business Acumen: Strong understanding of economic, commercial, and political factors in telecom.
- Customer Focus: Exceptional consulting and presentation skills, with a proven track record of influencing senior stakeholders.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Business, or Telecommunications (PMP Certification and MBA preferred).
- Familiarity with frameworks such as eTOM and ITIL.
Key Areas of Domain Expertise
- NDO, AI/ML, Core, BSS, OSS, and Cloud solutions.
- Managing transformation programs and pre-sales activities.
- Comprehensive knowledge of project financial tracking and resource management.
