We are looking for passionate, results-driven professionals to join our growing team in the following roles:
Position: Branch Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead daily branch operations while ensuring smooth service delivery.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve business goals.
- Supervise and motivate team performance.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences (Accounting, Banking & Finance, Business Administration, Microfinance, or Entrepreneurship preferred).
- At least 5 years of experience in microfinance, including 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven ability to drive sales, lead teams, and ensure regulatory compliance.
- In-depth knowledge of the microfinance legal framework.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Office Suite applications (e.g., Word, Excel).
Position: Risk & Compliance Officer
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, evaluate, and mitigate potential risks.
- Ensure compliance with all regulations, policies, and operational standards.
- Monitor and enforce risk management strategies.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences (Accounting, Banking & Finance, Business Administration, Microfinance, or Entrepreneurship preferred).
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in microfinance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Office Suite applications (e.g., Word, Excel).
Position: Loan Officer
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in accessing loans aligned with the company’s lending policies.
- Evaluate creditworthiness and provide tailored financial advice.
- Maintain accurate loan records and ensure timely collections.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Social Sciences (Accounting, Banking & Finance, Business Administration, Microfinance, or Entrepreneurship preferred).
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in microfinance.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of the microfinance legal framework.
- Proficiency in Office Suite applications (e.g., Word, Excel).
