About the Role:
As a Teacher Volunteer at Ufalme Schools, your mission is to prioritize student learning, inspire growth, and foster an inclusive and dynamic educational environment. Reporting to the Head Teacher and Administration, you’ll play a pivotal role in guiding students to achieve their potential while contributing to the broader school community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging lessons using the English Medium curriculum and a constructivist approach.
  • Support diverse learning needs and promote international-mindedness.
  • Develop and organize lesson plans tailored to evolving curriculum standards.
  • Foster a stimulating, student-centered classroom environment with effective management and assessment techniques.
  • Actively engage in school activities, events, and professional development opportunities.
  • Supervise and collaborate with school staff, including the matron and driver.
  • Design innovative learning materials and maintain organized records.
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure seamless collaboration.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

  • A Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Education.
  • Additional certification in Early Childhood Development is a plus.
  • Fluency in English, with excellent communication skills.
  • Minimum 2 years of teaching experience.
