This dual-purpose role combines the essential responsibilities of accounting with the operational management of fleet systems. Key Responsibilities:

Accounting Responsibilities:

• Maintain precise financial records and assist in preparing regular financial reports.
• Process payments, invoices, and receipts, ensuring timeliness and accuracy.
• Reconcile bank statements and accounts to uphold transparency in reporting.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Monitor accounts payable/receivable, resolving discrepancies promptly.
• Collaborate on audit preparation and ensure compliance with tax regulations.

Fleet Management Responsibilities:

• Track and control fleet-related expenses, including fuel, repairs, and maintenance.
• Ensure optimal utilization and cost-effectiveness of all company vehicles.
• Maintain comprehensive records of vehicle registration, insurance, and servicing.
• Coordinate with external vendors for repairs, claims, and upkeep of fleet operations.
• Analyze fleet performance data, generating actionable insights for management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related field.
• 1–2 years of professional experience in accounting and fleet management.
• Proficiency with accounting tools like QuickBooks or SAP and advanced Excel skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational capabilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, fostering effective teamwork.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
• Familiarity with fleet management systems is a distinct advantage.
