Key Responsibilities
As the Trade Finance Manager, you will be at the forefront of driving innovation and efficiency in our trade finance operations. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Designing and implementing an effective structure for trade finance products, processes, and end-to-end workflows.
- Coordinating with all trade finance stakeholders to ensure the Bank’s interests are safeguarded.
- Establishing and managing Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with stakeholders to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
- Promoting the Bank’s trade finance capabilities through proactive client and staff engagement.
- Identifying and negotiating business opportunities with clients, while developing strategies to grow market share.
- Developing and implementing a comprehensive training program for internal teams.
- Identifying potential risks, particularly related to KYC/AML, and proposing effective solutions for clients.

Qualifications and Experience
To qualify for this position, you should meet the following criteria:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience in trade finance or a related discipline.
