About the Role

As a Chef Trainer, you will lead all aspects of kitchen operations, combining your culinary creativity with a dedication to teaching and leadership. From training staff and developing menus to ensuring impeccable food preparation, your contributions will be at the heart of delivering world-class cuisine and service.


Key Responsibilities

  • Staff Training and Supervision: Train, mentor, and oversee kitchen staff to achieve and maintain the highest standards in food preparation and presentation.
  • Menu Development: Create diverse, high-quality menus and recipes, incorporating innovative culinary techniques.
  • Compliance and Hygiene: Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations while fostering a culture of cleanliness.
  • Budget Management: Manage kitchen budgets, including food costs and expenses, while minimizing wastage.
  • Client-Centered Approach: Train chefs to meet diverse client dietary requirements and preferences.
  • Operational Excellence: Supervise food storage, preparation, and service, ensuring timely and efficient meal production.
  • Team Leadership: Delegate responsibilities effectively and ensure all kitchen staff understand and perform their duties to the highest standards.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Culinary Expertise: Professional certification or diploma in hotel management with specialization in hot kitchen and pastry.
  • Experience: A minimum of 10 years in senior culinary roles, with a strong background in diverse culinary styles and techniques.
