Position: Secondary School Physics Teacher (IGCSE & AS/A-Level)


Qualifications and Experience

  • A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Education.
  • Extensive experience teaching Physics within the Cambridge Curriculum at IGCSE and A-Level stages.
  • Familiarity with Cambridge Assessment International Education (CAIE) standards.
  • Proven ability to deliver engaging, high-quality lessons that inspire and motivate students.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development.
  • Proficiency in using computers and technology in education.
  • A degree in Education or a degree with an Education specialization is mandatory.

Note:

  • All certificates must be certified.
  • Certificates obtained from foreign institutions should be accredited by the Tanzania Commission for Universities (TCU).

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality Physics lessons at IGCSE and AS/A-Level in alignment with the Cambridge Curriculum.
  • Assess and support students' progress while fostering a positive learning environment.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to maintain the school’s high academic standards.
  • Commit to professional growth and active participation in school activities.
