Role Overview
As an Early Childhood Education Teacher, you will be instrumental in providing a rich and stimulating environment that promotes holistic development—social, emotional, cognitive, and physical—through creative and intentional teaching practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver dynamic, age-appropriate lesson plans tailored to the developmental needs of young children.
- Cultivate a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom atmosphere that encourages curiosity and exploration.
- Monitor and assess each child's progress through ongoing observations and structured evaluations, sharing regular updates with parents and guardians.
- Work collaboratively with fellow educators and staff to ensure consistency and innovation in the curriculum.
- Ensure the classroom is safe, clean, and equipped to facilitate learning and play.
- Inspire a lifelong love for learning through creative and hands-on teaching strategies.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years in teaching early childhood education.
- Qualifications: Diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE).
- Strong knowledge of child development theories and best practices in early childhood teaching.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build meaningful connections with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Proficiency in the English language, both written and spoken.
- A passion for working with young learners and fostering their unique potential.
