Roles and Responsibilities

  • Sales Achievement:
    Meet and exceed individual sales targets while strictly adhering to the bank's policies and procedures in all activities.
  • Product Promotion:
    Actively promote the bank's retail products and services to potential customers, utilizing cross-selling opportunities to maximize sales and enhance alternative delivery channels.
  • Marketing Activities:
    Participate in promotional initiatives, events, meetings, and roadshows in your assigned region to achieve projected sales volumes.
  • Agency Banking Management:
    • Build, maintain, and expand the Agency Banking portfolio to ensure optimal activity levels.
    • Ensure agents receive adequate support, branding, and tools to remain active and effective in their operations.
  • Client Engagement:
    • Acquire new clients, sell, and cross-sell a variety of major product lines.
    • Collect application forms from agents, ensuring completeness and error-free documentation for swift processing.
    • Address discrepancies in customer documents as needed.
  • Customer Sensitization:
    Drive customer engagement and awareness through street activations and proactive selling strategies.
  • Market Feedback:
    Provide consistent and actionable market and customer feedback to supervisors to improve business strategies.
  • Performance Reporting:
    Regularly report achievements, market opportunities, and challenges within your allocated cluster.
