Our Sales Representatives play a vital role in driving the success of our business. We’re seeking individuals with a solid understanding of the sales process who excel at building relationships, generating leads, and closing deals. As a Sales Representative, you will represent BCR Printers Limited at networking events, trade shows, and client meetings. We need professionals who are personable, persuasive, and committed to showcasing our solutions in compelling ways.
Location: Dar es Salaam, Tanzania.
Role Objectives
- Represent the company with in-depth knowledge of our products and services, using consumer insights to demonstrate value.
- Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and annual sales goals through innovative sales strategies.
- Generate leads, foster relationships, and follow a structured work schedule to engage with current and prospective customers.
- Utilize data analytics to craft and execute action plans within your territory, modifying approaches as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and drive all sales activities, nurturing leads through the pipeline to close profitable deals.
- Align with the Sales Manager and business development teams to ensure pricing and sales efforts are synchronized.
- Stay ahead of the competition by monitoring the market and gathering insights on products and pricing.
- Assist in onboarding new customers by establishing credit facilities, operational procedures, and ensuring smooth partnerships.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer data in internal systems.
- Enhance customer satisfaction, retention, and reactivation by delivering exceptional service in collaboration with the sales team.
- Conduct at least 20 customer visits per month, with 50% focused on new prospects, and actively develop relationships for business growth.
- Collaborate with the CEO or Sales Manager to strengthen relationships with existing clients.
- Prepare a minimum of 50 quotations and 50 opportunities monthly, targeting 50% for new clients.
- Actively participate in tenders and pursue business opportunities within the customer portfolio.
- Regularly update and manage customer pipelines while conducting weekly strategy meetings and market reviews.
- Customize sales strategies for key accounts, ensuring alignment with the Sales Manager’s vision.
- Conduct product demonstrations, resolve objections, and provide tailored solutions to clients.
- Create accurate proposals, reports, and presentations for executive-level discussions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration.
- Minimum of two years of sales experience, preferably in the printing industry.
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Strong problem-solving skills coupled with professional selling abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, including persuasive speaking, adaptability, and empathetic listening.
- Proficiency in sales management tools and CRM software.
- Fluency in both Kiswahili and English.
