What We’re Looking For
- Educational Background: Diploma in Education, Early Childhood Education, or a related field (a Bachelor’s degree is a bonus!).
- Experience: Prior teaching experience in early years or primary education.
- Passion for Teaching: Genuine enthusiasm for working with children and helping them grow academically and socially.
- Skills: Strong communication and classroom management skills.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with MS Office tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Residency: Applicants must currently reside in Zanzibar, Tanzania.
Your Role
- Design and deliver creative and engaging lessons that inspire curiosity and a love for learning.
- Foster a positive, nurturing classroom environment where every child feels valued and supported.
- Monitor and document student progress, maintaining open communication with parents and school leadership.
