Open Position: Sales Agent – Dar es Salaam
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct visits to schools and introduce the Airtel Money School Pay system.
- Acquire, onboard, and train schools to effectively use the Airtel Money School Pay platform.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the usage, adoption, and satisfaction of parents and schools with the system.
What We’re Looking For:
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Skills:
- Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication abilities.
- Relationship management and networking expertise to connect with current and potential clients.
- Proven knowledge of sales strategies, product demonstrations, and reporting.
- Work Ethic: Thrives in high-pressure environments and excels in meeting short-term goals.
