Position Overview
We are seeking driven and passionate individuals to join our team as Digital Sales Representatives for the Tanga and Mbeya regions. The primary focus of this role is to grow digital subscriptions and circulation sales while engaging and retaining a loyal customer base.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to expand digital subscriptions and increase readership across all digital platforms.
- Build and nurture strong, lasting relationships with both potential and current clients.
- Promote MCL’s digital products, including e-papers, mobile apps, Nation ePaper, EGazeti web platforms, and subscription services.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and provide regular performance reports.
- Analyze and share customer feedback to refine product offerings and enhance the user experience.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing and editorial, to launch and manage effective digital campaigns.
- Stay informed about market trends and competitors to maintain a competitive edge in digital subscriptions.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or a related field from a recognized institution.
- Additional Requirements:
- Must own a smartphone.
- Preference for candidates currently residing in the respective region (Tanga or Mbeya).
