Your Role & Responsibilities
💰 Financial Leadership & Cost Optimization
- Oversee Distribution Center (DC) costs, ensuring accurate financial reporting and cost control.
- Drive cost leadership initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
- Ensure CAPEX compliance and maintain inventory accuracy across all logistics functions.
📊 Controls, Compliance & Audits
- Implement internal financial controls, ensuring adherence to policies and audit readiness.
- Lead inventory control processes, conducting financial risk assessments and mitigating discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations at all operational levels.
🚛 Inventory & Asset Management
- Maintain strict inventory control through regular audits and reconciliation procedures.
- Optimize utility costs within DCs to improve financial sustainability.
- Oversee capital expenditure management, ensuring accurate asset verification and reporting.
🔎 Financial Planning & Strategic Analysis
- Support forecasting efforts and provide data-driven insights for financial planning.
- Utilize SAP, Syspro, Business Warehouse, and Anaplan to streamline reporting and decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive cost-saving initiatives and financial accountability.
What We’re Looking For
✅ Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Business, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
✅ 2-3+ years of financial controlling experience (preferably in manufacturing or logistics).
✅ Proficiency in SAP, Syspro, Business Warehouse, and Anaplan (a plus).
✅ Strong analytical skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
✅ Ability to drive financial efficiency in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
