Key Responsibilities

Sales Team Leadership: Manage Team Leaders and Sales Agents to drive high-quality sales aligned with business targets.
Market Expansion: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to enhance product penetration in the assigned zone.
Stock & Data Management: Oversee stock distribution to sales agents, ensuring accurate financial reconciliation, data entry, and verification.
Training & Development: Conduct training sessions for team leaders, sales agents, and customers on business policies and procedures.
Distribution Partnerships: Identify and develop relationships with wholesalers, retailers, financial institutions, corporations, government institutions, and NGOs to expand the distribution network.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track regional sales performance, ensuring teams meet or exceed targets.
Logistics Coordination: Work closely with warehouse officers & logistics providers to ensure timely product deliveries.
Market Intelligence: Gather valuable insights on competitor activity, market trends, and BURN’s positioning in the clean cooking sector.
Regular Field Visits: Conduct market visits and travel as required to monitor operations and strengthen partnerships.
Other Tasks: Undertake additional responsibilities as per business needs.


Required Skills & Experience

🎓 Education:
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.

💼 Professional Experience:
✔ Minimum 3 years of experience in managing sales teams.
✔ Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
✔ Exceptional communication skills in both English & Swahili.
✔ Based within or willing to relocate to the assigned region.
