Key Responsibilities
📊 Strategic Business Growth & Client Acquisition
✔️ Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market opportunities and align with client risk appetites.
✔️ Identify, onboard, and retain clients through effective engagement and relationship management.
📌 Client & Stakeholder Engagement
✔️ Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, regulatory bodies, and internal teams to identify growth opportunities.
✔️ Collaborate with front-end teams (Corporate, Commercial, and Retail) to offer tailored Treasury solutions.
💡 Product Development & Cross-Selling
✔️ Identify and capitalize on cross-selling opportunities across various banking segments to promote a full range of bank products.
✔️ Contribute to the development and refinement of Treasury products to meet client needs and support bank objectives.
⚖️ Risk Management & Compliance
✔️ Execute sales activities within approved limits, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory frameworks.
✔️ Regularly monitor performance, market positions, and potential risks to safeguard the bank’s interests.
🚀 Collaboration & Performance Enhancement
✔️ Work closely with support teams (IT, Operations, Finance, Risk, etc.) to ensure seamless Treasury operations.
✔️ Foster a high-performance culture within the Dealing Room, motivating and mentoring staff while promoting continuous learning.
📢 Market Intelligence & Insights
✔️ Stay informed on market trends, competitor activities, and economic developments, leveraging insights for strategic decision-making.
✔️ Share actionable market intelligence across the bank’s network to enhance business performance.
🎯 Other Responsibilities
✔️ Perform any other tasks as assigned by management, contributing to Exim Bank’s long-term strategic goals.
Required Qualifications & Experience
🎓 Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Banking, or a related field.
- A Master’s degree and/or relevant certifications (e.g., ACI Dealing Certificate, CFA) is an advantage.
📌 Experience:
- 1-2 years of experience in Treasury Sales, Financial Markets, or Banking.
- Prior experience in corporate banking, retail banking, or treasury operations is a plus.
