Job Overview
We are looking for a customer-focused, well-organized Receptionist with Sales Knowledge to join our team at our Njiro, Arusha branch. This role is perfect for someone with excellent communication skills, a welcoming personality, and a keen interest in sales and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Front Desk Management:
- Greet and assist customers visiting our showroom with professionalism and warmth.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp inquiries efficiently and professionally.
✅ Sales & Customer Support:
- Provide information about our premium products, including Tiles, Bathrooms, Kitchens, Paints, Wrought Iron, Marble, Quartz, and more.
- Support the sales team with quotations, product inquiries, and basic sales tasks.
- Coordinate with other branches regarding stock availability, orders, and deliveries.
✅ Administrative & System Management:
- Manage daily office tasks, including delivery notes, invoices, and record-keeping.
- Confidently use computer systems (Microsoft Office, Emails, POS, and other relevant tools).
Qualifications & Skills Required
✔️ Experience in reception, front desk operations, or sales is an advantage.
✔️ Strong English & Swahili communication skills.
✔️ Customer service-oriented with a friendly and professional demeanor.
✔️ Sales knowledge and product understanding are a plus.
✔️ Computer literate, comfortable using Microsoft Office, emails, and basic office systems.
✔️ Highly organized, presentable, and proactive.
