About the Role:

BURN Manufacturing is on the lookout for a highly motivated and efficient Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. This role is perfect for individuals with experience in customer-facing roles such as customer care, direct sales, or client relationship management.

💼 Work Schedule:

  • Workdays: Monday – Saturday
  • Rest Day: Sunday
  • Shift Timings:
    • Morning Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
    • Afternoon Shift: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
      (Shifts will be assigned by the manager)

Key Responsibilities:

Inbound & Outbound Calls Management:

  • Meet daily outbound call and verification targets
  • Maintain AHT (Average Handling Time), SLA (Service Level Agreement), Call Abandonment Rate, and Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) scores for inbound calls
  • 100% follow-up on dropped calls, tickets, and escalations within 24 hours

Digital Customer Care:

  • Respond to customer queries on digital platforms within 25 minutes post-escalation
  • Ensure seamless and professional customer interactions across all digital channels

Customer Engagement & Issue Resolution:

  • Build strong customer relationships through interactive communication
  • Provide accurate and complete information using the right tools and methods
  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Keep proper records in the CRM system

Team Collaboration & Continuous Improvement:

  • Attend pre-shift briefings, weekly performance reviews, coaching, and training sessions
  • Follow company guidelines, policies, and communication protocols
  • Take initiative to problem-solve and go the extra mile for customers

Other Duties:

  • Assist with special projects, events, and leadership tasks as assigned

Required Skills & Qualifications:

🎓 Experience & Expertise:

  • Background in customer service, direct sales, or client relations
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel for data analysis & reporting
  • Experience in leadership roles or event organization is a plus

🗣 Communication & Interpersonal Skills:

  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in English (additional languages are a bonus)
  • Highly organized, professional, and punctual
  • Proactive, problem-solver with a customer-first mindset
