Available Job Positions

1. Sales Executive

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet company targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities in freight forwarding and logistics.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, offering excellent customer service.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and competition.
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to attract new clients.
  • Work closely with the operations team for seamless service delivery.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Diploma/Certificate with at least 2 years of CFA experience.
  • Strong knowledge of container line sales and market activities.
  • Proven sales performance record.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • High level of integrity, teamwork, and self-motivation.
  • Ability to work independently under pressure.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English.

2. Warehouse & Truck Transport Specialist

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee cargo loading and route optimization for efficient voyages.
  • Manage removals and storage activities to ensure smooth logistics operations.
  • Supervise on-site deliveries and maintain accurate records in the Pronto system.
  • Verify logistics invoices and process them for approval.
  • Handle customs clearance operations and ensure full compliance with regulations.
  • Manage international transport logistics and coordinate cross-border shipments.
  • Ensure adherence to compliance standards and deadlines.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree with at least 2 years of CFA experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of container line sales and logistics.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in English (spoken and written).

3. Equipment Clerk

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor daily system updates of cargo movements.
  • Track and manage container logistics within assigned areas.
  • Provide accurate information on cargo locations to optimize planning.
  • Oversee logistics KPIs and warehouse cost optimization.
  • Manage container operations and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Serve as the Container Controller, overseeing equipment use and maintenance.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in warehouse management & logistics.
  • Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems.

4. Documentation & Terminal Vessels Clerk

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle documentation and boarding processes for terminal vessels.

🔹 Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in shipping logistics & operations.
  • Certificate/Diploma in Shipping Logistics from a recognized institution.
