We are currently looking for a Customer Service Officer to join our team and help ensure seamless client service operations while enhancing customer satisfaction and company performance.


📌 Key Responsibilities

🔹 Customer Orders & Account Management

✔ Process and manage fuel orders efficiently.
✔ Ensure all customer orders are delivered on time per D+2 procedure.
✔ Prepare and issue customer statements promptly at the end of each month.
✔ Reconcile customer accounts when required.
✔ Track payments and ensure credit customers adhere to payment terms.
✔ Assist in setting up new customer accounts.

🔹 Financial & Documentation Oversight

✔ Monitor account reversals, debit/credit notes, and other necessary adjustments.
✔ Maintain accurate customer records, including:

  • Orders
  • Payment details
  • Debit/Credit notes
  • Correspondence
  • Statements
    ✔ Ensure compliance with company procedures and maintain proper documentation.

🔹 Sales & Marketing Support

✔ Take part in marketing activities to drive sales and boost company profitability.
✔ Work closely with internal teams to understand customer needs and deliver the best service.
✔ Support in implementing customer contracts and agreements effectively.

🔹 Health, Safety, & Environment (HSEQ) Compliance

✔ Ensure strict adherence to TotalEnergies’ Golden Rules and HSE standards.
✔ Promote a culture of safety and compliance within the workplace.


🎯 Ideal Candidate Profile

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Engineering.
Experience: Minimum 2+ years in a customer service role, preferably in the petroleum industry.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.).
Attributes: Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Team Player: Ability to collaborate and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
