Key Responsibilities

Records Management:

✔️ Develop and implement records management policies and procedures to ensure compliance with banking regulations and data protection laws.
✔️ Organize, securely store, and manage both physical and digital records.
✔️ Provide expert guidance to business units on document archiving, retrieval, and disposal procedures.
✔️ Support training initiatives by preparing educational content and conducting staff sessions on best records management practices.
✔️ Assess and monitor document storage conditions, ensuring proper maintenance and safe disposal of obsolete records.

Corporate Service Desk:

✔️ Serve as a professional and friendly point of contact for internal queries and support requests.
✔️ Ensure efficient liaison with the Corporate Support Team for timely resolution of issues in line with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
✔️ Maintain accurate service desk records, ensuring work orders are correctly assigned, categorized, and prioritized.
✔️ Monitor system performance, implement improvements, and ensure smooth service desk operations.
✔️ Analyze and compile performance reports, identifying trends and opportunities for process enhancement.
✔️ Oversee equipment maintenance, preventive care programs, and system upgrades to enhance service quality.


Required Qualifications & Skills

🎓 Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Library Sciences, Archives Management, Records Management, Business Administration, Economics, Public Administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of three (3) years of experience in records management, preferably in a banking environment.

💡 Core Competencies:
✔️ Strong customer service and communication skills.
✔️ Knowledge of records management systems and best practices in archival and document handling.
✔️ Familiarity with banking regulations and data protection laws.
✔️ Ability to analyze data, prepare statistics, and generate insightful reports.
✔️ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
✔️ Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced corporate environment.
