Your Mission
As a Compensation & Benefits Analyst, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing competitive remuneration and benefits programs. You will contribute to shaping policies, enhancing HR systems, and ensuring the organization attracts and retains top talent.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Compensation & Benefits Strategy
- Prepare salary, allowance, and promotion proposals for review.
- Assist in the development and execution of remuneration and benefits policies.
- Conduct market benchmarking to ensure competitive pay structures.
- Support the delivery of the annual salary and bonus review process.
✅ HR Systems & Data Management
- Assist in the development, maintenance, and optimization of HR information systems.
- Prepare data-driven reports for internal stakeholders.
- Track and analyze compensation trends to enhance decision-making.
✅ Stakeholder Collaboration & Advisory
- Work closely with department heads to address compensation-related concerns.
- Provide guidance on remuneration policies and compliance with labor laws.
- Enhance employee engagement and retention through well-structured reward systems.
What We’re Looking For
π Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Finance, or a related field.
- Membership in a professional remuneration body is a plus (e.g., Certified Global Remuneration Practitioner).
π‘ Skills & Expertise
✔ Strong analytical, statistical, and qualitative skills.
✔ Deep understanding of compensation and benefits practices.
✔ Excellent Excel, PowerPoint, and HRIS system proficiency.
✔ Knowledge of local and international labor laws.
✔ Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
✔ Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- English (Fluent)
- French (Conversational – a plus)
