Position: Business Performance and Analytics Manager
Education: Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Sciences, Mathematics, or a related field.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement Customer Value Management (CVM) and Customer Experience strategies aimed at enhancing revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
Design and execute customer retention, loyalty, and win-back initiatives to drive engagement and reduce churn rates.
Analyze and generate CVM reports, providing deep insights into campaign performance and customer trends.
Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance customer engagement and strategic initiatives.
Utilize data analytics for customer profiling, behavior analysis, and churn prediction modeling to improve customer value.
Measure and evaluate customer satisfaction trends, implementing actionable strategies for improvement.
Develop and implement revenue stimulation plans, product recommendations, and robust business strategies for revenue growth.
Generate daily reports on campaign effectiveness and customer behavior insights.
Identify and implement new customer lifecycle programs focused on maximizing revenue and enhancing customer experiences.
Experience & Skills Required:
Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Value Management (CVM) within telecommunications or PayTV industries is an advantage.
Strong commercial experience, particularly in PayTV or mobile telecom sectors (preferred but not mandatory).
Proven analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex commercial and financial data.
Demonstrated expertise in developing CVM strategies to achieve ambitious revenue and growth objectives.
Excellent relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence senior management and key stakeholders.
