Exciting Career Opportunity: Results Delivery Office (RDO) Manager
📍 Location: Kilombero Sugar Company Limited

Kilombero Sugar Company Limited (KSCL) is seeking a dynamic Results Delivery Office (RDO) Manager to lead our business portfolio execution and ensure the success of key initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Serve as the change management expert, ensuring continuous improvement and seamless transitions in line with company objectives
✅ Act as the primary liaison between RDO and workstreams, ensuring alignment with project goals, budgets, risks, and dependencies
✅ Provide coaching and analytical support, interpreting data to drive informed decision-making
✅ Support the development of business cases, linking initiatives to the company’s P&L performance
✅ Prepare and distribute project data, reports, and dashboards for RDO and Steering Committees
✅ Collaborate with finance teams to ensure effective budget tracking through ERP systems
✅ Maintain a central knowledge repository, organizing documents, templates, and reusable data for future projects
✅ Assist initiative leads in building and maintaining the six key success factors for project execution
✅ Conduct workshops to identify areas for improvement across initiatives and projects
✅ Develop taxonomies integrating functional improvement scopes into Must Win Battles
✅ Ensure the implementation of best-practice project management principles
Qualifications & Experience:
🎓 Education: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Psychology, Commerce, or equivalent
📌 Experience: Minimum 5 years in Organizational Effectiveness, Change Management, or Performance Improvement Programs
📊 Technical Expertise:
- Strong project/program management skills with a proven track record in delivering transformation projects
- Change management experience, with the ability to apply best practices within project frameworks
- Knowledge of financial governance and budget tracking within ERP systems
- Proficiency in MS 365 Office Suite, Power Apps, and Power BI
- Ability to build relationships across cultures and work levels while influencing key stakeholders
