Your Role & Impact
As an Electrical Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that all electrical installations and systems meet the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and compliance. Your expertise will contribute to the successful execution of projects, minimizing downtime, optimizing energy consumption, and enhancing operational performance.
Key Responsibilities
🔹 Design & Implementation: Develop and install advanced electrical systems tailored to support production and project needs.
🔹 Safety & Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to safety standards and regulatory guidelines, minimizing hazards.
🔹 Maintenance & Optimization: Conduct preventative maintenance and repairs to enhance equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
🔹 Energy Efficiency: Implement energy-saving strategies to optimize electricity consumption per unit of production.
🔹 Project Management: Lead and manage facility upgrades, system improvements, and installation projects.
🔹 Technical Support: Provide expert guidance to project teams, contractors, and clients, troubleshooting technical issues.
🔹 Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, safety compliance, and performance metrics.
🔹 Training & Development: Equip maintenance personnel and operators with essential electrical safety knowledge and skills.
What We’re Looking For
✅ Education & Certification
✔ Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
✔ Certified by the Engineers Registration Board (ERB).
✅ Experience & Skills
✔ 7+ years of experience in electrical engineering (preferably in project management or a manufacturing environment).
✔ Strong expertise in problem-solving, safety compliance, and project execution.
✔ Leadership & collaboration skills to drive cross-functional teamwork.
✔ Adaptability & continuous learning in emerging technologies and industry best practices.
