About the Role

As a Sales and Admin Assistant, you will play a crucial role in inventory management, procurement, administration, and sales coordination. This position requires a highly organized individual who can manage multiple tasks efficiently and support the smooth operation of our business activities.


Key Responsibilities

Inventory Management:

  • Monitor and track stock levels, ensuring accuracy in inventory records.
  • Verify product dispatches, identify and resolve discrepancies (e.g., damages, shortages).

Procurement & Office Management:

  • Coordinate office and operational purchases across multiple companies.
  • Ensure timely approvals and maintain availability of essential supplies.
  • Oversee general office operations, including maintenance, cleaning, and supply procurement.

Sales Coordination & Customer Support:

  • Process customer orders, issue invoices, and track deliveries.
  • Follow up on payments and maintain detailed sales records.

Import & Export Support:

  • Handle documentation and coordinate the transportation of imported goods and exported honey drums.
  • Work closely with relevant departments to facilitate import/export logistics.
  • Ensure timely payments and efficient document handling for international transactions.

Qualifications & Skills

✔️ Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or equivalent qualification.
✔️ Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and confident internet usage.
✔️ Excellent communication skills in English and Swahili.
✔️ Previous experience or knowledge of import/export procedures is beneficial.
✔️ Familiarity with liaising with clearing agents, transport officers, and government officials is an advantage.
✔️ Highly organized, hardworking, and proactive in managing multiple responsibilities.
