Position: Customer Care Representative
As a Customer Care Representative, you will be the face of Rightway Schools, offering first-class service and support to our community. Your role will ensure that every interaction is handled professionally, contributing to the positive reputation of our school.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and provide assistance in a friendly, professional manner.
- Respond to customer queries through various communication channels (phone, email, in-person) with timely solutions.
- Demonstrate active listening skills and resolve issues efficiently and with empathy.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up where necessary.
- Provide administrative support in customer service operations and escalate issues when required.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and resolve issues quickly.
- Promote school services and ensure customers have an understanding of the available programs.
Required Qualifications & Skills
🎓 Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration, ICT, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
💼 Key Competencies
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong command of English.
- Demonstrated ability in active listening, empathy, and problem-solving.
- Strong ICT proficiency, particularly in customer management systems.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
- High ethical standards and the ability to handle sensitive or confidential information.
- A passion for reading books will be considered an added advantage.
