Your Role & Key Responsibilities

Plant Operations & Process Management

✔ Operate Technical Services equipment and plant processes following VPO Standards.
✔ Optimize plant performance to meet production requirements.
✔ Ensure continuous supply of utilities to all departments.
✔ Follow 5S principles to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
✔ Identify and correct unsafe work practices to enhance workplace safety.

Quality Control & Troubleshooting

✔ Perform routine quality checks and analysis to maintain production standards.
✔ Use problem-solving techniques (e.g., 5 WHY, Quick Fix Routines) to resolve quality issues.
✔ Escalate unresolved challenges to the Line Manager for timely intervention.

Effective Communication & Teamwork

✔ Engage in team meetings & performance improvement (PI) reviews.
✔ Clearly communicate shift issues through logbooks & digital reports.
✔ Conduct detailed handover briefings to ensure smooth operations between shifts.
✔ Contribute to team goals and operational excellence through active participation.

Who We’re Looking For

🎓 Education: Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
📌 Experience:
✔ 2+ years operating utilities plants in a similar industry.
✔ Technical knowledge of utilities, plant operations, and equipment management.
💻 Skills:
✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & Word.
✔ Experience using electronic communication devices in operations.
✔ Strong problem-solving & troubleshooting abilities.
