As we continue to grow, we are looking for a results-driven Marketing Manager to take charge of our customer service excellence strategy and enhance the overall banking experience for our valued customers.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Develop and implement an outstanding customer service excellence strategy to drive satisfaction and loyalty.
✅ Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify and resolve service inefficiencies, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
✅ Strengthen relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met with prompt and effective solutions.
✅ Enhance communication channels by improving marketing content across multiple platforms (website, print media, PR, FAQs, etc.).
✅ Actively respond to emerging customer needs, ensuring quick resolutions to maintain high service standards.
✅ Monitor and analyze service performance metrics, using insights to optimize strategies.
✅ Track customer complaints and feedback, leveraging data to drive continuous improvement.
✅ Prepare detailed performance reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
✅ Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and implement initiatives to enhance service delivery.
What We Are Looking For:
✔️ Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution.
✔️ Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a financial institution.
✔️ Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
✔️ A proactive problem-solver with a passion for customer satisfaction.
